Admin Matters
1. File Check
There will be another random personal electronic file check conducted this week during the Chinese New Year weekend. Please get your personal electronic files in order. If you are not sure what you are supposed to have, one quick way is to check the relevant folders on the class drive. The quick links to the class drive can be found at the top of the class subject blog here

2. Adding the same file to multiple folders on Google Drive (Repeat announcement)
This will only work if you are on the new drive format
To keep track of your group work in class as well as the assignments you have submitted electronically to me, you should add the same files to your personal electronic file. Google Drive allows a file to exist simultaneously in multiple folders (yes, it's exactly the same file). For example, your weekly reading tasks file can exist simultaneously on the Homework Submission folder as well as your personal electronic folder. For instructions on how to do this, please click here.
